Spider plants are pet safe, so no worries here! Though, there is a warning for cat owners: it has the same effect as catnip. Because of this, cats can often come back for seconds after their first nibbles! Spider plants do well in tropical enclosures and can be easily controlled by trimming flower spikes.

Not worth it

I had this for four months and now it just shreds the cans. I tried replacing the batteries and that did not help. It makes tiny peices of metal that you get stuck in your fingers. Wouldn’t recommend
